The lampshade extrusion production line mainly consists of an extrusion host, a mold shaping mold, a vacuum shaping cooling water tank traction machine, and a cutting machine.
The extrusion host adopts efficient extrusion screws, variable frequency speed regulation, which can achieve low-speed stable start-up. It is controlled by an imported temperature gauge and accurately controlled within plus or minus 1 degree. Different specifications of hosts are configured according to various product specifications; The shaping table adopts a stainless steel water tray and is equipped with a domestically produced vacuum pump; The traction machine adopts frequency conversion control, which can be manually or electrically operated for automatic lifting and belt traction; The cutting machine adopts imported saw blade positioning for cutting
