3. Start up production and manufacturing: Actual operators should concentrate their attention, accurately measure the thickness and total width of the sheet at any time and anywhere, immediately adjust the injection molding rate and roller spacing, ensure that the thickness of the sheet is uniform, and avoid surface scratches, lumps, uneven cutting edges, and other conditions.
4. When starting the roll, pay attention to consistent size, smooth and even surface.
5. If common faults occur in the machine equipment during the entire operation process, it should be shut down immediately and the equipment maintenance personnel should be notified for repair.
6. Carefully keep various production and manufacturing records as well as shift handover records.
7. After completing work, clean up the machinery and equipment, turn off the power, and clean up the environment on site.
