3. Foaming Agent (AC Agent):

• Azodicarbonamide (AC): A chemical blowing agent that decomposes at high temperatures, releasing gases (N₂, CO, CO₂) to create a cellular foam structure. Requires precise temperature control during extrusion.

In order to meet environmental protection requirements, YAOAN developed a special PP foam board extrusion equipment, which can make waste PE/PP/PVC material compound with mineral powder,Wood powder, fiber，calcium carbonate and other fillers into a kind of building templates products,under extrusion process.This new product can instead of steel and bamboo plates, can be drilled, nailed,sawed,carved and processed like wooden plates.
