1.80 conic twin screw extruder with special designedscrews according to the different formulas, resulting inhigher output, a better material plasticization effect, and ahigher pipe quality;

2.The flow channel of die head adopts a design of one flowdividing into two flows and two into four; it ensures the pressurein the flow channel more balanced;

3. The vacuum tank is of four workstation design, each work station with anindependent vacuum adiustment function,avoiding mutual influence among workstations;

4.Each workstation of the four station haul-off and cutting machine is independently controlled, ensuring pipe sizesat each station reach quality standards.
