The synthetic resin roofing Tile extrusion line  is designed to make 4 layer PVC ASA OVERLAP STILE (GLAZED STYLE) roof tiles.  the structure of 4 layer PVC ASA composite roof tile is ASA film-virgin PVC layer-recycled PVC LAYER-VIRGIN PVC LAYER. The line consists 2 sets of  twin-screw extruder, ASA FILM PAYOFF unit, T-die, embossing calander roller unit, cater pillar style forming machine, cutter and stack, hot cold mixers.  The output of the machine is 550-650kg/hr.
