Extruder for PE GRID sheet extrusion production line: Single-screw extruder. The specially designed screw and advanced temperature control system ensure excellent, stable, and high-yield plasticization during extrusion.
Screen changer: Customers can choose between a hydraulic screen changer or a continuous screen changer.
Die: Made of high-quality alloy, it features adjustable restrictor bars to ensure uniform flow pressure of the plastic across the die lip. The adjustable die lip also guarantees uniform sheet thickness.

Painted the machine with anti-corrosion oil, and then covered with plastic film, and then packed into wooden case or fixed onto wooden pallet as per clients' requirements, or shall be loaded into container with film packing. After fixed all machines, we will use drying agent to keep container inside dry.
