1. Raw Material Handling System:

• Stores and feeds PVC resin, fillers, stabilizers, pigments, and other additives into the extruder.

• May include a mixer or blender to ensure uniform material composition.

2. Artificial marble board extrusion line's extruder(conic twin screw extruder) 

• The core component where the PVC mixture is melted, homogenized, and forced through a die.

3. Die:

4. Calendering Unit:

6. Cooling System:

7. Cutting Unit:

• Cuts the continuous sheet into desired lengths or sizes.

• May use a guillotine cutter, rotary cutter, or automated cutting system.

8. Stacking and Packaging Unit:

• Stacks the finished sheets and prepares them for packaging.

• May include automated stacking and wrapping systems.

• A centralized control system (e.g., PLC or touchscreen interface) to monitor and adjust parameters such as temperature, speed, and pressure.
