PP hollow profile sheet extrusion equipment introduction
The PP carton board sheet extruders are widely used in the fields of advertisement, decoration, sound-proof, packing. Vacuum calibrator: The vacuum system and calibrating systemincluding a heat-convection system array interleaved. This kind ofdesign guarantees the high precise degree of the calibration. Thevacuum system consists of two independent subsystems, whichis equipped with many pieces three point type closed loopvacuum line.Each closed loopis equipped with vacuumregulating system and vacuum display system. This guaranteesthe good calibration and the smooth surface of the board.
Take-off unit: This unit comprises two traction devices. The first one, driven by a powerful motor with a high reduction ratio gearbox, consists of five rollers. It delivers strong traction force, excellent low-speed performance, and evenly and synchronously pulls the sheet out of the calibrator. The second traction device is positioned after the infrared stabilizing oven. A trimming device mounted on the traction unit ensures smooth edge cutting.
Infrared stabilizing oven: Its advanced large-area conductive heating method reduces product stress, ensuring flatness and stability of the sheets.
Cutting machine: Equipped with a precise real-time fixed-length cutting system and an automatic lifting/feeding mechanism. Sharp blades made of special alloy steel ensure clean and precise cutting results.
The electrical control system of the line
Provide two kinds ofcontrol system:
first: automatic control by the conventional control panel for the line;
Second: a microprocessor unit (PLC) which is a synchromical control of the related emachines:(extruder motors, t haul-off unit )and be optimized with the operation characteristicsof the complete line.

Painted the machine with anti-corrosion oil, and then covered with plastic film, and then packed into wooden case or fixed onto wooden pallet as per clients' requirements, or shall be loaded into container with film packing. After fixed all machines, we will use drying agent to keep container inside dry.
