According to the customer's production needs,our Single layer PC luggage sheet production equipment can be designed to make ABS,PC,PS and PMMA sheets,with different special screws,mould and auxiliary equiments.The maximum effective width of sheet is 3000mm.(For PP,PE sheet,the width can be 6000mm),and thickness is ranging between 0.6-12mm.Single layer,double-layer,three-layer,four-layer and five-layer construction are available(fore-xample,AB,ABA,ABC,ABCB).The products are widely used in luggage bag,electrical enclosure,electronic,packaging,food plate,household furniture,automotive interiors and door areas.

Painted the machine with anti-corrosion oil, and then covered with plastic film, and then packed into wooden case or fixed onto wooden pallet as per clients' requirements, or shall be loaded into container with film packing. After fixed all machines, we will use drying agent to keep container inside dry.
